Laing & Buisson |
Laing & Buisson has been measuring customer satisfaction at care homes for more than 10 years. Our self-completion postal survey has been sent to tens of thousands of relatives and residents. Quality of care matters to people, as does the independence of the survey, so response rates are high, averaging 55%. Our corporate, not for profit and sole proprietor clients most value our benchmarking measure. With so much data gathered over the years, each of the 37 attributes we assess at a home can be measured against the average obtained from all the homes we have surveyed. This means that one home's performance can be measured against the 1000's of homes that we have surveyed over the years. The maturity of our data means that you can be confident that a home is being measured against very robust data. In this era of self-assessment Laing & Buisson's tried and trusted survey from one of the most respected names in health care is an excellent way to consult with residents and relatives. Thirty-seven questions are asked, respondents simply have to tick how satisfied they are. There is space to write in comments. To carry out the survey of relatives all you need do is provide us on labels the names and addresses of the next of kin, we do the rest. Questionnaires sent to residents are distributed through the home. All survey administration, data entry and report preparation is included in our all inclusive price. You just tell us how many residents and relatives there are at a home and we will tell you how much it will cost.
